Perfect serve Wenneker 
Elderflower Dry Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:

1/4 Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin
3/4 Franklin & Sons Natural Indian Tonic Water
1 fresh, ripe strawberry sliced in parts

Glass: Big ballon glass
Method: Build and top up with tonic, garnish with strawberry
Bartender: Bottle Business

 


 

Double Elderflower

Ingredients:

1/4 Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin

3/4 Fever-Tree Premium Elderflower Tonic water
1 slice orange

Glass: Big ballon glass
Method: fill 50% with ice cubes, 1 part Gin, top up with tonic. Stir well. 
 Garnish with an orange slice.
Bartender: Bottle Business

 


 

Strawberry festival

Ingredients:

1/4 Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin
3/4 Fever-Tree Premium Elderflower Tonic water

2 strawberry halves

Glass: Brandy Ballon
Method: fill with ice cubes, 1 part Gin, top up with tonic. Stir well. 
 Drop in 2 strawberry halves.
Bartender: Bottle Business

 


 

Holiday cooler

Ingredients:

5 cl Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin

20 cl Fever-Tree Premium Elderflower Tonic water
2 slices of cool cucumber
mint leaves

Glass: highball glass

Method: Fill with icecubes, pour over gin. Add cumcumber and mint. 
 Top up with tonic. Fill with more ice. Stir gently. Garnish with cucumber and mint.

Pink drink

Ingredients:

4 cl Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin
2,5 cl Wenneker Triple Sec
2 cl fresh lemon juice and a dash Grenadine Syrup.
fresh raspberry.

Glass: chilled martini glass

Method: Shake with icecubes, strain and garnish with raspberry.

Elderflower Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

40 ml - Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin
15 ml - Elderflower Liqueur
15 ml - Orange juice
15 ml - Home made lime juice
3 bsp lemon sherbet
Egg white
ProseccoElderflower Gin Fizz
Mint leaves

Glass: Brandy Ballon
Method: Combine first six ingredients, shake well and strain, top up with Prosecco
Bartender: Bottle Business

 


 

Caffee Royal

Ingredients:

45 ml - Wenneker Elderflower Dry Gin
15 ml - Wenneker Curaçao Orange
15 ml - Wenneker Café
3 dashes Xocolati Bitters

Glass: Rocks glass
Method: Stir and strain

15 ml -Wenneker Elderflower Liqueur
25 ml - Home made lime juice
Bunch of mint
Ginger Beer

Glass: Tall glass
Method: Build, stir and top up with Ginger Beer

10 ml - Wenneker Rasberry
10 ml - Sugarcane syrup
8 Fresh raspberries
50 ml - Cranberry juice
Lime peel

Method: Shake with icecubes and doule strain

40 ml - Orange Juice
